Advice for selecting your wedding photographers
There’s a lot of hype on wedding photographer’s websites. You’ll see words such as, “The best wedding photography…,” “The most sought-after wedding photographer…,” “The most experienced wedding photographer…,” and a whole lot more.
The trouble is, most all believe they are the best and most qualified to photograph a wedding, whether or not they are the best FOR YOU and YOUR wedding.
In searching for THE one who will photograph your wedding, first find a photographer whose style you really like. Be careful, even though styles may appear similar, (especially on websites), they can be quite different upon close inspection.
So, select a photographer whose style you love. Even if the investment is a little more than you originally intended; you’ll be happier in the end.

Mandi and Tim were married at the beautiful Renassiance Ross Bridge Resort on Saturday. What a fun couple. You may have seen their engagement album, and the wedding album promises to be even better. Not only was there a DJ to MC the reception, there was also a band. The two did a great job of "tag-teaming" and the party went well into the night. Saturday was the long awaited wedding day of Liz Conway and Chris Butler. The wedding was at the beautiful Huffman Baptist Church, and the reception was at B&A Warehouse. Entertainment was provided by the awesome "B. Haskins and Third Floor." These guys always provide a great party atmosphere, and there was plenty of dancing. It ws definately a fun reception. Saturday was the wedding of Chris Hollis and Holly Aldrich. The ceremony and reception were held at New Covenant Fellowship in Birmingham, Alabama. Entertainment was provided by Jamm Entertainment, and a good time was had by all. Videography was provided by CAM Video Productions. The couple are enjoying a honeymoon trip to Florida. Here are a few images for them to enjoy.

Firday evening was the wedding of Ashley and Matt on Edisto Island, S.C. Facing a tropical storm, the decision was made to stay on the beach, even if it mean tht we would have only a few minutes for the ceremony, or possibility of rain during the ceremony. We were blessed in that the rain moved farther offshore and the wedding went off beautifully. During the reception, we slipped off to do a few sunset photos on the point of the island, and got a very nice "welcome" from the Edisto police. (Nice folks. Notice the crusier in one of the photos). Megan Manzi and Chad Spain tied the knot in a wedding and reception held Saturday, July 12, at B&A Warehouse, in Birmingham. After a beautiful ceremony, a great pary broke out. Spurred on by the band "Delicious," guests danced well into the night.
